Inn at the Olde Silk Mill is proud to provide the most elegant wedding venue, affordable to the bride and groom.
· The Inn’s lobby provides for 50 – 60 guests comfortably for the ceremony.
· The Wakefield Room provides for approximately 50 guests for a Gourmet catered rehearsal dinner and wedding reception.
· Our grounds provide for a tent off the lobby for 60 – 150+ guests.
· On-site parking is provided with optional valet parking.
· The King Edward Suite is provided as a complimentary gift to the bride and groom with booking.
· As a Gift from the Inn you will receive a special engagement session and portrait before your wedding by Studio B Photography.
· 25 antique furnished rooms are available for your guests to choose from. We have king and queen size parlor suites and family suites which are continuously being furnished with newly found antiques.
Don’t forget to mention to your friends the Wakefield Room would be a perfect place to host a Bridal Shower and also allow your guests preview the suites they would like to reserve for the wedding.
The Inn at the Olde Silk Mill has many on-site vendors that come highly recommended to assist you and yours on the day of the wedding!

The Historic brick Silk Mill built in the late 1800’s, is home to The Copper Shop where the original Fredericksburg Lamp is made by hand.

In addition to being able to assist you with gifts and cards for all occasions, Two Sister’s Boutique features monogramable sterling silver jewelry and accessories, items available for embroidery, great seasonal items, and so much more that you will just have to stop in and visit. 1 Day Event: $3,500.00 All Inclusive Wedding Package
- Includes 25 Bed and Breakfast rooms for 1 night
- Use of the Wakefield Room for Reception or Hospitality Room

2 Day Event: $6,000.00 All Inclusive Wedding Package
- Includes 25 Bed and Breakfast Rooms for 2 nights (Checkin at 2pm and checkout at Noon on the day of departure)
- Use of Lobby or Courtyard for Rehearsal
- Use of Wakefield Room for Rehearsal
- Dinner or Hospitality Room (see our staff for catering options)
- Optional use of Wakefield Room each morning if group needs to eat breakfast at an assigned time
